Supported Objects During the epidemic prevention and control period, the central government financed major domestic and foreign airlines operating international scheduled passenger flights between and from domestic destinations (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) and overseas destinations, as well as the implementation of major transport flight missions in accordance with the joint control and prevention mechanism of the State Council Airlines give financial support. Routes involving domestic or overseas waypoints or fifth service rights are calculated based on the number of international flight segments involving our waypoints. 5. In the case of a solo flight segment, if a second carrier sails (or resumes flight), it will be verified in accordance with the common flight standards. (2) Major transportation flight missions. Adopting the actual settlement method, that is, after the epidemic is over, appropriate subsidies will be given based on the actual transportation costs of performing major tasks audited and confirmed by the intermediary agency commissioned by the Civil Aviation Administration. Third, the application review process (1) Airlines applying for international route support policies should submit an application to the Civil Aviation Administration and the Ministry of Finance before the 7th of each month, and provide flight routes, flights, aircraft types, available kilometers, inventory list and related cost and income data And other related materials. Foreign airlines also need to provide specific information on the bank account that receives the funds. Except for China National Aviation Corporation, China Eastern Airlines Corporation, China Southern Airlines Corporation, other domestic airlines shall simultaneously copy the application documents and relevant materials to the civil aviation regional administration and provincial financial department where the enterprise is registered. Airlines applying for support policies for major transport flight missions shall apply to the Civil Aviation Administration and the Ministry of Finance after the epidemic situation has ended. (2) Based on relevant data, the Civil Aviation Administration reviews the application documents and related materials of the airlines, and reports the results of the review to the Ministry of Finance. (3) The Ministry of Finance allocates funds to relevant enterprises and localities in accordance with the review of the Civil Aviation Administration and relevant standards, of which: the funds of China Aviation Group Corporation, China Eastern Airlines Group Corporation, and China Southern Airlines Group Corporation are included in the central enterprise's budget.
